Gibson J45 Acoustic Guitar + extras for sale in Charlevoix, Michigan

This is my Gibson J45 Acoustic Guitar.
I am the original and only owner. I purchased this guitar brand new ($2400) from Sweetwater Sound in 2014.
I had the new L.R. Baggs Lyric microphone pickup professionally installed by a luthier
($200 + $75 install)
I also upgraded the bridge pins to the Tusque presentation style. ($30)
I am also including with the guitar, a brand new True-Strobe tuner pedal by Planet Waves ($100).
The guitar is in excellent condition- I have taken excellent care of it (see the photos).
It is strung with Elixir strings, and the sound is exquisite through the lyric pickup.
It comes with the original Gibson hard case and the original Gibson factory box.
I am selling this guitar out of complete, last resort- necessity.
